Position Details:
Responsible for developing and executing the sales vision and long/medium-term goals for the selected complex key accounts that will drive significant business/financial impact and will maximize opportunities for the customer and within defined area of scope。
Job Title: SALES MANAGER

Experience:
This includes building, developing, and maintaining internal/external customer/client relationships; researching and identifying customer’s needs to ultimately create and propose solutions. Work activities also include presenting/developing solutions recommendations, structuring, negotiating, and executing the sales/account contracts as well as setting targets and measuring results. Keep customer intimacy and represent CSA at selected complex key Accounts. Collaborate with other BUs / regions for Key Accounts.
· 3+ years experience in product development, product marketing, and sales in food industry or similar industry
· Sales and marketing experience in the specific product concerned is a must.
· Strong listening and communication skills.
· Understanding of ingredient applications: ability to recognize/understand, properly communicate and follow up new trends in the ingredients and final products market.
· Experience in technical sales in the food industry with particular expertise in Food Ingredient products and deep understanding of food quality standards and regulations.
· Fluent and capable to communicate in English , both written and oral
· Proven experience on how to get things done within a matrix organization.Marketing, product development or sales experience in specialty products, especially systems / blends, specialty starch, lecithin, soy protein, hydrocolloids and cultures.
Possesses deep expertise on negotiation techniques that focuses on long-term customer relationship and win-win outcomes. Demonstrates control and understanding of buyers’ needs and prepares for negotiation by gathering detailed information/facts.

University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering or related discipline
