My rules in house and school is completely different. I am not allowed to raise my voice whenever I want in school, however at home I have the complete freedom to scream and shout as cry or laugh. At home, I am not allowed to touch any furniture before I wash my hands. It is a rule of clean, since mum did not want our home being dirty and with germs. But in school, after playing in the play groud all students grab their books to the next class. We do not have to wash our hands before. Rules are everywhere, and we all have to follow it if we are there!

rule is the most important management method for school, those rules are used to control the behaviour of members of school, such as student can not smoke in shool and so on.
the advantage of rules in school are give students a standard or direction, help students become easy to manage. rules in school also could let students become more polite.
Rules in school also have some disadvantages. the most drawback is rule limited the freedom of student, student controlled by lots kind of rules, they can not do things by themselves mind, it is bad for student growth. and some rules quite foolish, i mean some rules is useless,even rubbish! such as student can not chatting during the lesson, it quite riduculous, nobody has authority to limite people communication, and everyone know chatting some monsense during the lesson is incorrect.
in my opinon, rules could take benefits for school, but it also exist some illogical aspects, school should according to the current situation and different attitude of studen to make the suitable rules.
all in all, school can not without rule, although students do not like it.
